Since its inception in 2014…
Lifeline has rallied together those in the real estate industry, and beyond, to raise funds for programs and initiatives that bring about positive change, with a focus on homelessness, health and social services, and youth development. From local food and toy drives to major events that raise awareness and funds for a wide range of initiatives and causes, Lifeline strives to help create healthy and vibrant urban communities.

How Far We’ve Come

August 2014

Concerned about the city they were helping to build, the principals of Lifetime Developments, and their families, decided to take action for those in Toronto who were homeless, vulnerable or at-risk, with the launch of Lifetime’s Charitable Foundation – Lifeline.

November 2014

Together with Zancor Homes, Lifetime Developments co-hosts the Smashed 2014 Charity Ping Pong Tournament and raises more than $100,000 and announces that all proceeds to support Lifeline.

June 2015

In partnership with Lifeline, The Liberty Market Building hosts its 1st annual Donation Drive in support of Second Harvest.

October 2015

Lifetime Developments co-hosts the 4th annual Smashed Ping Pong Event, which raises more than $200,000 for local charities.

April 2016

Some members of the Lifetime Developments team raised over $20,000 and participated in the overnight sleep out to raise awareness for homeless children.

May 2016

In partnership with Lifeline, The Liberty Market Building hosts its 2nd annual Donation Drive in support of The Children’s Book Bank and helps to collect more than 300 children’s books for those in need.

September 2016

Lifetime Developments co-hosts the 4th annual Smashed Ping Pong Event, which raises more than $300,000 for local charities.

May 2017

Liberty Market Building partnered with Lifeline to host the Prom Boutique which collected formal wear for under privileged youth to attend prom confidently.

October 2017

Lifetime Developments co-hosts, for its fourth consecutive year, Smashed at Rebel Nightclub and raises more than $350,000, helping Lifeline to reach the milestone of more than $1 Million raised in less than 4 years.

February 2018

The Magen Bros., partnered with Lifeline in support for ISAND, to both raise funds and raise awareness for autism and mental health disorders.

Lifetime Developments co-hosts the 7th annual Smashed Ping Pong event raising $375,000.

September 2019

Lifetime Developments co-hosts the 8th annual Smashed Ping Pong event raising $450,000.

May 2020

ETALK Co-Anchor Tyrone Edwards, graphic artist Ben Johnston, and Lifetime Developments’ very own Brian Brown teamed up to launch See you Soon Toronto, a limited-edition merchandise collaboration with 100% of funds going to supporting the ongoing COVID-19 relief efforts.

June 2021

Lifetime Developments raised over $450,000 and served over 1,965 meals for the See you Soon Toronto initiative, supporting necessary COVID-19 relief efforts for healthcare workers and the hospitality industry.

June 2022

Lifetime Developments partners with the City of Toronto and Adidas to launch their latest project, Homecourt Advantage,to revitalize and refurbish one of Toronto’s most-revered neighbourhood basketball courts, at Stanley park.

September 2022

Lifetime Developments co-hosts the 9th annual Smashed Ping Pong event raising $550,000, reaching the milestone of Lifetime raising more than $2 million, bringing the 9-year fundraising total to $2,375,000.

June 2023

Lifetime Developments co-hosts the 8th annual Smashed Ping Pong event raising $650,000.

June 2023

Homecourt Advantage inaugural court, Stanley Park, completed including a spectacular court mural by local artist Ben Johnston.
